Syracuse got off to a fast start against Louisville on Wednesday, jumping out to an early lead. The Orange kept it going, and eventually pulled away against a Top 25 team. Elijah Hughes and Oshae Brissett combined for 34 points and Tyus Battle dished out seven assists — all on 3-pointers. The win gives SU three Top 25 victories before it faces No. 1 Duke in the Carrier Dome on Saturday at 6 p.m.
